The Union of Persons with Disabilities, in collaboration with Sama Foundation for Advocacy and Human Rights, organized a celebration marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which falls on December 3, 2024. The celebration was held at the Union Hall in Nyala City, South Darfur State. This event is part of the “Enhancing the Roles of Grassroots Groups in Peacebuilding Processes” project, implemented by Sama Foundation. The project aims to strengthen the capacities of grassroots groups and enhance their effective contributions to peacebuilding processes in Sudan.
